The MacPac is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, of course. But in addition to the standard Apple Specialist authorizations, our techs are Apple Certified Help Desk Specialists, Certified Desktop Technicians, and Certified Portable Technicians. We also have an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator and an Apple Certified System Administrator on staff. That means we can work on all the regular stuff - PLUS MacBooks, Mac minis, Xserves, Xserve and Promise RAIDs, and we are Xsan certified!

Apple/MacPac warranty does not cover software issues. Warranties cover hardware only. If an issue is software related, normal rates apply. All rates subject to change without notice. Priority service subject to technician availabilty. The MacPac cannot be held responsible to customer down time. All customers are strongly encouraged to backup regularly.
